REAL ESTATE DONATIONS

WYSO
Real Estate Donation Program

WYSO began broadcasting in 1958, with 19 watts of power, as a student-run station on the Antioch College campus, on the air for only 4 hours each day. Today, WYSO belongs to the community, with oversight from a seven-member board of directors comprised of community leaders. We broadcast 24/7 with 50,000 watts of power, reaching fourteen counties in southwest Ohio with a potential audience of nearly two million.

About Real Estate Donations

WYSO partner with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to process donations in the form of real estate assets. Properties in any location, condition, and format are eligible for donation to WYSO. Back taxes, mortgage balances, and deferred maintenance do not prohibit your ability to donate. Our program covers all loans, liens, commissions, and closing costs so long as there is equity in the property.

If you have a land, residential, or commercial real estate asset that is unused or costing you money, consider giving back to the station you love by donating it to WYSO. As a result, you may also be eligible for a significant tax deduction!
